I bring teams and leadership together across organisations through calm pragmatism and a passion for collaboration. Building capabilities and confidence, I help people to shine whatever their skills are. I spot opportunities to build communities and work together to solve problems, increasing people’s ability to take ownership of problem-solving. Through deep listening and an empathetic approach I help leaders to effect behaviour change throughout organisations, from top to bottom. I’m interested in removing communication barriers and creating environments where everyone feels empowered to contribute.
I enjoy an experimental lean / agile approach: focussing on incremental improvements and building on small wins to create big successes. An analogue devotee at heart, I use interactive visual facilitation to help people learn and understand difficult concepts (down with death by Powerpoint!).
